Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Orders are shipped out Monday through Friday.
Canadian customers must pay GST and PST based on ship to province/territory. Prices are listed in CAD, and all orders are processed in CAD at checkout.
For U.S. & international orders, duties, taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Country of origin is listed under the description for each product, and products made in Canada, the USA, or Mexico will not incur duty charges.
Please note that shipping delivery times are estimates. Rain Fitness Inc. is not liable for lost, damaged, or delayed packages. Once the item has shipped, customers are responsible for tracking and notifying Canada Post or USPS of any delays.
U.S. customers: Please note yoga mats and bolsters do not qualify for free shipping. A standard shipping fee of $19.95 for large packages that include a yoga mat or bolster will be applied at checkout to any shipping address in the USA.
International customers: Please note yoga mats and bolsters are not available for shipping outside Canada and the US at this time

Rain Fitness will gladly accept returns within 14 days (within Canada) and 21 days (within USA). We do not accept international returns at this time.
Please email us at email@example.com with your order number, item you wish to return, and reason. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ITEMS WITHOUT WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION. Original shipping charges are non-refundable including duties/taxes paid on international orders.
To be eligible for a return, your item must not be washed, worn, or damaged and must be in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
PLEASE NOTE ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND NON-REFUNDABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE
The following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable: yoga mats, yoga towels, socks, legwarmers, and eye pillows
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items are FINAL SALE and can not be refunded or exchanged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable including duties/taxes paid on international orders.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
